The composition of each complex is determined according to the customer’s needs and adapted to the characteristics of the product to be packaged.

The composition of Triplex Complexes:

• Laminated material triplex with aluminium film.

• Laminated material triplex with aluminium-substitute metallic films (PET, OPP, etc.).

• Paper + aluminium + PE laminated.

The laminated material triplex also allow us to obtain:

Solid, liquid and powder product packaging.

• Modified-atmosphere product packaging.

• High barrier against different elements:

› Water vapour

› Oxygen, Nitrogen, etc.

› Aromas

Low-temperature sealing – Excellent Hot-tack properties for low-temperature packaging of products which are highly sensitive to heat.

• High resistance to tears, traction, punctures, etc.

• Complexes especially designed for vacuum systems.

• Complejos pelables, esterilizables y pasteurizables.

Sample of some products

The main markets for this type of product are food, coffee, infusions, confectionery, chocolate, dairy products and nuts. It is also used for packaging for pet food, cosmetics, chemicals and insulations.
