The aim of this Food Safety and Quality Policy is to consolidate the situation by continuously improving performance, reinforcing our customers’ trust and putting measures in place to prevent food contamination and hazards.

We have implemented a Quality management system according to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard and Food Safety according to the FSSC22000 standard.

TABERSA aims to eliminate any activities which put our products at risk, while continuously improving the competitiveness and quality of our products through safety, legality and safe production.

The TABERSA management team regularly reviews the food safety and quality management system to ensure its remains appropriate, suitable and effective. During this review, the team considers opportunities to improve the system and the processes, and detects any need to change the quality system.
